What can I say? This site has hit its high point and now is going the way of every other site out there. I originally started this site back in '97, months before FF7 ever came out, and so much has changed since then. Originally the site was a novelty being the fact that webpages were harder to create and maintain in the past. I had to learn HTML which really helps even today, but now programs are everywhere that can help even a novice create professional level sites. I take pride in knowing I wrote every single html script for this site and I could care less about how it does not look as professional as everyone else. Heck, being a website designer myself, I might keep this site the way it is just to break every rule I've been told. When making sites for others you have to follow certain restrictions and design rules. Well I say nuts to that, I'll break all the "rules" on my own site and enjoy doing it too.
      At its high point this site received 1000 hits a week, and it varied off of that with every new Final Fantasy release. Right now FF7 is lost in everyone's memories since almost 3 other Final Fantasy sequels have come out since. I'll keep this site up for the purpose of music and FF7 secrets but pretty much everything else will be forgotten...
      I probably could have made this site more like others, such as www.ffonline.com www.ffnet.net and www.ffmusiconline.com but in my opinion it would lose its original purpose. Most of those site are now profit makers, with ads and everything, they have to maintain the site for finacial reasons. At that point the site becomes work and not play. I did this out of fun, and I still do it for the same reason. I tried to get things no one else had, and learn a little about web graphics at the same time.
      I'll still post my knowledge on the web, such as where you can find great music and piano sheets, but they will be few and far between. I'll try to answer any questions you e-mail me, but it might be 3 or 4 days later than you want it to be. Also, I post under the name Chocobomog at the forums on www.ffonline.com . If you have any questions regarding music then post there. I have helped many people out and even if I don't answer you directly someone will surely know.
