My first attempt at recreating something I saw on the computer.  This was drawn from a picture of Squall (FF8) that I found at FFartwork.  What made recreating it hard was the fact the original had been colored by a computer. Thus when I started to shade it I decided to do the shading different than normal.   Anyone who knows me artistically knows I can shade, so when I shaded this I decided to experiment.  Instead of doing the gradual light-dark shading I decided to draw predefined shapes and shade each one a solid color. My Design1 teacher would be so proud, considering he forced me to practice doing the same thing for one of my assignments.  If anyone else out there has ever attempted to get 8 shades of gray out of a 2B pencil, you know my pain.
